[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Select the Text tool from the tool pallete .
[3] Create your text make it big
and bold and color #B7E1F7.
[4] Now select the Drop Shadow Structure from
the Layer style
and use the following settings.
[5] Now select the Inner Shadow Structure from
the Layer style
and use the following settings
[6] Now select the Inner Glow Structure from
the Layer style
and use the following settings
[7] Now select the Bevel & Emboss Structure
from the Layer
style and use the following settings
[8] Your image should be look like this.
[9] Now Cntl+Click on the text layer to make a selection
then
click on the Add Adjustment layer from the bottom
of the layers pallete, and
select levels see in the next image.
[10] And finally use the levels settings
shown in the next image.
[11] Your final image should be look like this.
