[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.



[2] Make the new layer from the layer pallete

and fill it with
color as shown image below.

[3] Your image should be look like this.



[4] And now go to the Channels

create new channel.

[5] Then select the Rectangular Marquee Tool.


[6] Using the rectangular marquee tool

we are going to make
selection.



[7] And fill the selection with white color.



[8] Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur

use the following
settings.



[9] Then go Filter>Render>Lighting Effect

use the following
settings.



[10] Your image should be look like this.



[11] Now create a new layer from the layer pallete

using the
rectangular marquee tool

make a square selection.


[12] The go to Edit>Fill>Select use these settings.



[13] Your image should be look like this

do not Deselect.



[14] Then go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare.



[15] Your image should be look like this.



[16] Now go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates.



[17] Your image should be look like this.



[18] Then select the Elliptical Marquee Tool.


[19] Holding down the Alt key on this center point

drag a round
selection around your bubble/globe.



[20] Hit Cntl+J to Duplicate layer and

delete original bubble/globe
layer.



[21] Now change the Blending Mode

as shown image below.



[22] Your image should be look like this.



[23] Now select the Rectangular Marquee Tool.


[24] Now create a new layer using rectangular

marquee tool
draw a square selection around

your globe and fill it with white.



[25] Now go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise

use the following
settings.



[26] Then go to Image>Adjustments>Threshold.



[27] Your image should be look like this.



[28] Go to Image>Adjustments>Inverse.



[29] Then Cntl+Click on the Layer3

as shown image below.



[30] Then Right click, select the

Layer via cut.



[31] And now change the Blending Mode Screen.



[32] Your image should be look like this.



[33] Then select the Elliptical Marquee Tool.


[34] Create a new shape and fill the color white

and change
the Opacity 25 or 50%.



[35] Then go to Filter>Textuizer

use the following settings.



[36] Repeat this procedure

this time checking Invert.



[37] Now select the Eraser tool from the tool pallete

erase
excess and change opacity back to 100%.



[38] And now select the Eraser tool

use these settings.



[39] We are want to erase some of the

snow from inside the globe
see

in the next image.



[40] Here is your final Snow Globe.
