How to create a audio equipment mic logo or some website graphics.

[1]- First, use file and new to open a new document size may be like 314x226 pixel with 96 resolution and RGBcolor mode, with white background


[2]- Now create a new shape help by the 

Rectangular marquee
tool . As shown below

[3]- Create a new layer

 from the layer window

[4]- Now select the Linear Gradient tool 

and choose the color
Black and Gray.

[5]- Fill the color help by the Gradien tool 

after that press the Ctrl+D to deselect

 a new shape with the Pen tool 

now
press the "Delete" key on

 your key board after that deselect

Gradient tool as shown below

 now fill the Black color deselect

Tool bar and create a new line with the

right click 

and select the Stroke Path .

 by the Elliptical marquee

create a new Layer3 from the

layer palette and now fill the Black
color

 bitween layer2 and layer1.

 "Add vector mask".
