How to create a scrolled and torn paper effect by using photoshop techniques.

[1]- First use File > New and then open a new document of size 400x400 pixel

[2]- Now create a new 

shape help using Pen tool

[3]- Create a new layer1

 from the Layer window

[4]- Fill the color help by the Linear 

Gradient too, as shown
below

[5]- Select the Marquee tool and right click on this shape

 now
select the Stroke and use the following settings

[6]- Double click on this layer and select the 

Drop Shadow and
use the following settings

[7]- Now select the Gradient tool.

[8]- Fill the color help by the Gradient tool.

[9]- Now create a new 

line with the Pen tool

[10]- Select the any nice color to the Forground color and 

right
click now select the Strok Path and click this

[11]- Now create a new shape help by the Lasso tool and 

press
the "Delete" key on your key board after that press the Ctrl+D

[12]- Your image has been completed as shown below
